Sadly I think providers who openly and willingly offer bbfs are pretty much equal with the ones who ask for it or can pay enough to get it.

I have done many reviews and I would say out of 200+ providers Ive seen, I think i went BBFS with atleast 10 of them. Call me crazy but out of all the pleasure I have never recieved anything from a provider who I disbursed funds too but GO FIGURE the 1 time I get burned is with a dam Civie years ago who I met at a club and I had popped 2 pills b4 hand....I was highly upset but thnakfully it was the minor one and I learned from my lesson to not do that with a civie again....I guess u can say I play with fire but not everybody is burning all the time and really the good providers wont go for it and if dey do it must mean they r feeling u big time. I get checked up every 3/4 months regardless.

Makes no sense to me.  If you can't resist the temptation, then that's your problem.  No one has an obligation to save you from it.  And I think that some of those who want this information want it to seek the temptation not run from it.
The bottom line is that everyone has to determine the level of risk they are willing to live with.  There are plenty of things that can be spread through BBBJ but that is a given for many hobbyists.  They've looked at the risk associated with that activity and decided it is a risk worth taking.  If a hobbyists decides that the risks associated with unprotected sex with an escort are worth taking, that's his call.  

Much like girls advertising "420" or "snow," sometimes among the more ghetto ads on malls such as Backpage and Cityvibe, and on the erstwhile CL, you see girls making unsubtle hints to offering service with no cover.

In the past I've heard some hobbyists, not necessarily from this region, speculate that some ladies are offering a BBFS option when they offer GFE at one rate and PSE at another.  I've never inferred that myself, but I understand why others might reach that conclusion considering that there is no clear definition of PSE (not that there is a clear definition of GFE, for that matter).

I would not be surprised to learn that PSE is understood to mean BBFS in some locations.  It makes more sense than other definitions of PSE that I've heard.

With your last paragraph very good point...... there is this provider who site I came across that blatlantly offers ultimate gfe and pse and her version of that includes bbfs & bbgreek  but she fancies it "safe bbfs" because she wears a diaphragm with spemicidal foam -_o . I've also seen that one and others flat out use "organic" also which is another code word for bbfs and bbgreek in their ads.

I would think all those who answered B would say out him. If not why not?

For the first question where someone takes it off without her knowledge he should be arrested and go to jail for a very long time. But that's not likely to happen in most cases.

I dont get how some providers say they dont offer BBFS but offer BBBJ???? Like BBBJ is 100% safe proof. FYI just because there are no bumps doesnt mean that person dont have something. Im not about to call any1 out but some of the providers who responded to this thread offer BBBJ and DFK which last time i check strep throat or cold sores can form that way...I believe most guys dont like mechanical CBJ then just straight FS...Its too many providers out here to just be relegated to the same services.
