Does anyone know why Elaina got pulled from TER? Is this a red flag?

Elaina and exoticdoll were pulled for multiple self-reviews.

They have been banned permanently.

Would it be possible for TER to distinguish between providers and agencies that have been delisted because of rules violations and those that asked to be delisted (e.g. Ashley Shea and Georgia)?
