I will be travelling to the DC area for the first time in late October. I would like to know if anybody has a recomendation for a hotel, preferably convienient for incalls.

I can speak for VA and say that Tyson's is a great central location like Jeopcon1 said in his reply.  It is central to most VA hobbysits I would think.  Looking forward to getting a look at you.

I couldn't find listings on Expedia for either of the Baltimore hotels you mentioned, although I did find the Peabody *Court* Hotel.  Is the Omni now known as the Wyndham?  I would expect that place to be an incredible place for providers -- it's really nice, and it's not hard to get to.
