I saw this provider a while back whom I really liked and connected well with, we had a great time.  I had asked for an early morning session and she agreed.  During our session she asked for DATY which I normally don't do but I obliged.  As soon as I went down I could smell a musky odor, I thought maybe the prior evening's client scent was still on her.  So I proceeded to give a half-hearted DATY session, and just teased around the edges, if you will.  So we finished up a bit later and within a day or two I realized (and my Dr. confirmed) that I had contracted a case of thrush.  Which is a yeast infection of the throat - pretty gross.

In any event, I never reviewed the provider and I never told her about the infection cause it was embarrassing for both of us and I really liked her and she was so sweet I didn't want to embarrass her.

Now I notice that she's coming back to town and I am feeling like I want to see her again despite the issue from last time.  I am hoping it was a fluke that she has dealt with. (It has been almost two years).

If I see her do I say something or just let it go?

So Candida overgrowths are common, friction, glucose lubes, & poor diet are all sadly a big part of being a provider, low volume, high volume, does not matter.

The fact that you DIDN'T tell her is a huge bummer.
Fk embarrassment,
long term low growth yeast infections can cause permanent tissue damage,
in the immuno compromised, increase likelihood of STD reception,
& worse, ARE SUPER HARD to recognize for most people.

I blame this on underfunded sex/health education classes, & the fact that men say V smells like fish in casual passing.

So, what you can do is tell her exactly what you said here.
You got it in the throat, you were embarrassed & said nothing, but you'd like to let her know that you saw her ad & would love to see her again, but also when was the last time her gyno gandered at the hoo-haa (Idk, I'm 6yo at heart)

K, hope that helps.

Amber said it perfectly! If you ever encounter this in the future, you're doing her a HUGE favor by (gently) telling her! A nice way would be, for instance, "I'm enjoying you so much, but I suspect you may have a yeast infection. Let's move on to something else, it happens!" If a gent said this to me, I'd be impressed by his sensitivity, his knowledge of lady issues, and his forthrightness.

Is a fishy-smelling vagina an indication of yeast infection, or maybe something else?
