hobbyists have become so careful and scared.

Hobbying is not cheap. Its a luxury to pay someone few hundred bucks for an hour to get your dick sucked. On top of that it's illegal.

Make it legal and bring in the competition, which will drive down the prices, and I will take risks. Until then,  I am playing it safe.  Yes, I will take calculated risk if someone recommends me a new provider based on his own experience or a reputable agency brings in a new girl.
