If you contact a provider it should be only to show interest in booking a session. Anything else and she will consider you a waste of her time. Probably the reason for her rudeness. They don't even want to field questions. This is why some providers post a FAQ link on their home pages to answer the typical questions that clients usually ask.

Interesting position as to the provider being rude.  Asking a provider if they have any reviews is a fair question if you an not find them. If should not in and of its self, spark a rude response.  There are a number of providers that do not have reviews, or they change their number many times to avoid you reading the bad reviews.  Personally, I would not see a provider that does not have reviews on any of the reputable review sites or willing to direct me to their reviews, if not post on their profile or webpage.

I only asked if she  had reviews. There may be something on another board I don’t know about. Nothing about services.
