I will recognize that your scores are not out of line for the providers you are seeing. Your scores are also consistent with other reviewers scores. The issue is an agency or independent won't dive down and research your scores, they'll just see low scores. You don't necessarily need to create a new name, you can just start reviewing/posting using an alias. Future high scores under your alias, and lower scores under your 'real' TER name. There are many reasons to use an alias, this is just one of them. To answer your question, in addition to the ladies named, Tara's Deluxe Companions has Alyssa who is outstanding. Private Liaisons has an Asian girl I believe but I haven't visited with her. I have heard excellent things about Alyssa. I cannot recommend TDC, and have posted before why. The agency is just hit or miss on service and girls. With Alyssa, I know she is a quality provider, so that would not be an issue in this case. Again, don't feel bad about not getting into an agency. Using a different email address than you use for TER and not tell them your handle. You say “Newbie Friendly” but you have 30 reviews all mediocre or worse. Some may avoid you just to avoid your low score rating habit. And I’m one of them. I wouldn’t want you to see anyone I suggest. Just Saying

You see girls that have rates of 160 per hour or 80 per half, and all of a sudden you want to see Indy KGirls like Lee for 400 per? You give all these low scores and you think these agencies or indy's are going to verify you? Am I missing something? The girls you see all have very low ratings, which is fine if that's your thing. Don't have expectations of seeing indy KGirls though. That will be a tough mountain to climb based on your handle and reviews...just my opinion.

I think what everyone is trying to say is, if the provider cares about her rating on TER , your review scores give the appearance of high expectations from a provider, and that you seem to review most of your encounters. In short....a provider who looks at your reviews could be wary of getting a damaging rating. All you can do is submit your request to the provider, and let her decide if she wants to see you. AMP's and BP girls will most likely hurt your chances though.... you're looking at a whole new class of provider when you're looking at Lee Young!
Sorry but as I suggested, get a new email address not related to TER. As you said you are looking for newbie friendly, be prepared to surrender your personal information and work information. The Kgirls agencies like references from other Kgirls or Asians agencies or independent providers.

Don’t take this stuff personal. You have only seen low cost providers, not good for references for someone like Lee Young. Search EBjourney, she might see you if she’s still in area.

My fellow hobbyist, that's not at all what I'm saying. It's just my opinion that it will be a tough mountain to climb for you. Try to empathise with the providers/agencies. You submit your info to them along with your ter handle. They look at your handle and reviews, seeing a lot of 5s and 6s. They also see that most of your encounters are bp ladies. They're most likely not going to accept references from those ladies. Being honest, wouldn't you likely stay away from that new client? That would raise a red flag. Most of the agencies have a good client base where they're not in any rush to accept new clients. The ones they most likely accept have gone to reputable, well established agencies or indy's with a great track record. Indy's will definitely require reputable references, but anything can happen.
Don't let anyone deter you from trying to get accepted. You asked and I just opined. GL to you.
As for your original question: I haven't seen any independent Asian providers in the DC metro area. There are some that travel and you probably know where to find there visiting dates and times.
As for your why agencies will not get back to you: I don't know. There are limited, legit Asian agencies and independent providers. If you've trashed many of the local providers from the agencies in your reviews, then you might've poisoned the pot. (This is a guess).
Your reviews: We in this hobby don't get to make the call as to if a provider will see us. The providers make that call and reserve the right to deny services for any reason, (known or unknown). This site is reciprocal. So, if you give multiple subpar reviews, it leaves an impression and there will likely be consequences.
To answer your question, although Erotic Bebe (TER ID: 162608) is Thai, not Korean, she is a Treat not to be missed. Lee Young is an Excellent choice! Hera / Nabiki (TER ID: 211927) also excellent. Although I haven't seen her, Lin (TER ID: 305148) has great reviews.
The K-Agencies have an Incredibly Thorough, Tight, Selective screening process because they are a high profile LE target; independents, not so much, Asian or not. Provide the requested screening information and you'll probably be just fine. High quality ladies with extensive, high review scores don't worry about the review scores you have given others - unless said lady is in the "10/10 Review Manipulator" category. Have fun!
Erotic Bebe is a sweetheart, but she is in a much higher price range than the women you have frequented. She is also accustomed to much better reviews (deservedly). She does screen relatively thoroughly.
