I don't think it is new management -- but have not been in contact with them for about 4 weeks now.

 
From what I saw it looked like a bit of a bad update that messed up permissions/system account logins.

If you got dropped from their records they are not going to explain anything unless they know you well so I think your options are screen again or look elsewhere.

How do you get screened in the first place if the agency isn't communicating with you? Sounds like a catch-22. Of course I'd want any agency I'm in to talk to people who aren't in yet, at least for screening purposes.

The site is up and running.

If you were screened a year ago and then never saw a girl there, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that you need to be rescreened.
