I don't see this as a big deal really. Like GTM stated that she is probably trying to re-brand herself This would be an issue, however, if she had bad reviews under one name, and she was trying to use another alias to establish a new identity. RIP OFFS do that all the time. But given the fact that Prime has hired her lets me to be believe that she is a very good provider.
If we were trying to hide her we would have taken new pics. Anyway, Yes Kayla is the same girl as April. She went ind, got better as a provider, got reviews and now she is back with us.
I'd say that her indy reviews, especially the 5 in March (last review in March?) tend to have me believing that shes not improved.
If you were going to bring her back, my suggestion would have been to bring her back at an intro rate of $$ or $$1/2 (at least for those burnt by her before) and see how she does.
If I were to see her and she was improved, I would change/update my review....
He never mentioned seeing her before in his second review. Don't you think he would remember he already saw her once as Kayla if the first time was so great? Seems very fishy to me.
