It is not good to generalize, however it seems that whenever you hear about fake pix or problems, it is related to some of the agencies.

At the same time, you have to be realistic, an Indy girl cannot afford to lie and post a fake pic, it will be the end of her in this community, however agencies rely heavily on bringing in new girls, with every new girl they have guys write reviews and a few weeks later they have to do it again.

A lot of independent ladies use fake, heavily altered, or outdated pics.  The only lady I've met who was using fake pics (something I didn't actually figure out until later) was independent.  You only hear about it more because agencies produce and are subjects of a greater volume of the chatter on here, proportionately.

And there are ladies who stay with agencies for years.

You are correct and you have taken note of a systemic bias on the part of this site in favor of independents. Agencies and independents are subject to the same spiritual law. In the case of an Indy who she is as a person is in part her product. If this person has no integrity then it is reflected in their actions.

The same holds true for an agency with a slight nuance. The image, reputation and level of faith their regular customers have with an agency is determined by "who the owner is as an individual".  

As I was explaining to an Agency owner I'm mentoring, the rule of "who you are, is also who you will attract" very much applies to the escort agency owner. There's no getting around it and there are no exceptions. Somewhere along the line each of us must decide "what we stand for"... and that I have observed is where many on "our side" of the line fail.
