An agency that had pretty Asian girls but recently got shut down, used PSE just to reference Greek.  CIM/Asian were included in the normal rate.  If I remember correctly MSOG only came with the PSE rate with that agency.  (kind of strange that MSOG didn't come with GFE)  Obviously this could be different, but that's a point of reference.
