Based on the format of the ad I'd say it looks like a fake to me.

All fully clothed, and there is nothing in her ad that even hints that she does anything more than talk or go to a movie. "Oh., I don't do that, it's illegal, I am only a companion."  Maybe better to take out 7 $20 bills and light a match to them - you would save yourself $20

some of the pictures are of Angela Harrington on NBC's "Age of Love". Probably not all of  them, although they even steal her MySpace photo.
