I have both tried to the web/email and call and have not heard back. Also noticed they did not post their weekly ad this week. Perhaps they are off this week?
I would not read much into it... they are likely busy since many of the ladies are out or traveling for the holidays. I'm sure these folks have lives outside of work too.
