I tried multiple times over the last 2-3 days and have not had any luck reaching her. What's the secret?

Try, try, and try again! I think what she does is use a second phone to call back people. No more than 10-20 mins after posting I got a call back from another phone. Tried to call back, no answer until about 5:30 pm.

I remember the same thing back a year ago when I used this agency and it was the same thing -- just not as bad.
