I'm doing research now but thought I'd ask while I'm at it.  I just started with a personal trainer and I'm sore from head to toe.  I think my hair is sore.  Tomorrow I'll need more then the normal "lets get started" back rub.  I welcome any ideas.
Thanks.

Jessie is extremely skilled at all sorts of therapeutic massage techniques. She has performed serious repairs on me and many others.

Well, for real pro level massage, perhaps a better forum would the themassageboard.com. You want to look for purely Therapeutic massage there - meaning *no happy ending*. If done right, this will have a totally different effect on you: it will relax and at the same time energize you!

Now, out of providers here who I have seen and who are now available, I easily recommend Midori Koki. She can take you WAY beyond the "lets get started" rub. But make sure to communicate this very clearly to her and her scheduler. Speaking of which, Annandale schedulers could recommend you some of their better massage girls - once they know you, of course. They take massage pretty seriously there.

Good Thai massage - PM me for more info, this post is long already...

I am a Certified Massage Therapist...but maybe you only remember my other therapeutic techniques?

See you soon...
Megan ^^

Megan, you got that exactly right.
I wonder, is there anyone who comes to you primarily for massage?!. Seriously.
(notice I did not even say "only for massage"...)
From the marketing point of view, one of your products has cannibalized the other one.

and I decided to let her work on it.

I had already enjoyed the benefits of her massage, and had come to highly respect and trust her skills at trigger point massage.

Jessie accomplished more to get my shoulder working again - full range of motion - than any muscle relaxant medications or physical therapy had done.

Jessie was extremely conscientious in her approach. I consider her to be a highly professional a massage therapist in addition to being a beautiful and charming provider.

Gives the best amateur massage I have ever had.

If you need a pro level massage, find a pro level massage therapist. . . and don't fuck him.

I am professional trained and could really help you out.  You are sore from Latic Acid build up from working out.  You need some Post Sports Massages done on you with Cream that is specially for that.  Which I have.  As well as you can have some BioFreeze sprayed on the really sore spots and that will loosen those muscles up too.

Thanks everyone for the great input (even you broomclosetboy)
Since it was Sunday and a lot of folks weren't working, I had to settle for an amp I've used before.
Ms. Tigress is right - lactic acid causes the soreness and it dissipates over time - so waiting until Monday would have saved me some money but...
So the AMP with very specific instructions (walk on my legs please) pretty much got the job done.  And of course at an amp one always knows what one will be getting at the end.
Thanks again - this is such a good board!
