I could not find any reviews for Valentina. That being the case I searched on the agency phone number and discovered that: 1) all of their ladies are from South America, 2) they each seem to provide a nice gfe, and 3) for the most part they have good reviews.

Based on that track record, if you like her pictures, it looks like you have a good chance of having a positive experience.
