Although I am on the fence on about retiring, I will comment from my hobbying days on TBD. I see 2 red flags; the 703 area code and "no rip-offs."
 2.5 years ago there was  girl named Christy, amoung other names, who was a real fraud. I am not saying this provider is a fraud. I am saying maybe you could get some more assurance, like talking to her personally, or finding out if "dc after 5" is reputable.
