I will be in DC Dec. 8th til 11th.....This will be my first time there... I'm making a list on what I want to see....but I have some questions::

What is the best area to stay at in DC?????
How cold is it there now????

The best place to stay in DC is in the Northwest Quad.  When you book a hotel (I recommend orbitz.com, because you do not have to pay, until you arrive) make sure it is in NW & no more than 4 blocks to the nearest metro (subway) station.  It is currently 40 degrees at night.  By the time you arrive it will hit freezing.
