Problem is her single review was written by a person with only two reviews - both in the first two months of the year.

 
This is a red flag to me. Unless you're willing to TOFTT I'd give it more time to see what other reviews she may get.  

 
If you do see her make sure to report back - I'd definitely be interested in meeting her but not under the current circumstances.

She has three reviews now, all from single reviewers. Did you happen to see her yet?  I’d like to see her, but will wait it out..

Until known reviewers post one on her.  If the ones posted are true, she’d be hot fun — even if normally far too young for my tastes.

Separately, and coincidentally, had similar inquiry myself, quite intriguing. But also pictures similar (same?) as a social media influencer who has some sites that I'm unsure if things line up.  Combined with the multiple reviews, all by initial/first/single reviewers, some serious red flags

I agree with the other posts here. All her reviews are by users with that being their only posted review. Major red flag and I would stay away unless some other reviews come in by users with a decent history of posting.

She is now up to 7 reviews.  All are 8/7 or 9/7.  All are from first-time reviewers.  Most are from Tysons; a few of the recent ones are from Phoenix.  The photos and rates are excellent, but I think TGTBT.

She might be hitting an unprecedented number of reviews from reviewers with only one review.  Purely coincidence I am sure, lol.  Whoever is behind this must think people are idiots

She got up to 8 reviews, but her profile is now gone.  No surprise!
