Except for MC, I beg to differ!  Plenty of beauty and talent to be had north to south, especially in NOVA.  Never used TMR, but other sites such as eroticmp are quite useful.

Varies by provider, but the wellbeing  place on Old Court Rd in Tysons seems to be consistently good.  Check the previous site mentioned to get details - you don't need membership to get general info.
