My personal favorite was Linda at Royal Spa, 520 10th St downtown. near Metro Center metro.  The best overall place, usually with lots of choices, is Downtown at 1018 Vermont.  You'll find Vermont Ave nr 15th and K, via McPherson Square metro.  The other places are OK, but the above are my personal favorites.  Enjoy.  Most places are $60 plus $100 tip.

Take Metro (subway).  Its a lot easier than driving to these places.

but it seems that Downtown is typicaly mentioned as one of the best AMPs in DC. Supra I think is also mentioned quite frequently. If you do a search on AMP I think you will find all the info. you need.

As far as parking goes: I have meetings on occaision near Downtown, I always find metered parking within a block or two. If you are staying at a hotel in DC there is a good chance you will have a decent AMP within walking distance.

Edit: Forgot to mention, if you pick up the local newspaper (Washington Post) it will have a listing of DC AMP's with contact info. in the Sports section.

Downtown is great and Sun Club has become a fav of mine, because it's close to work.
