1) Is there any particular reason why anyone would or wouldn't post under an alias. What I mean is, does the alias have any bearings on the message or in this case, question/answer provided? Additionally, I'm sure we all have our own levels of comfort with such a "sensitive" hobby. Personally, my day endevours are more important than any potential benefit from releasing any info.
2) Completely agree, with the porn star definition. I wouldn't partake with a premium rate. Although, I would argue that if rate was more of what other providers charge, she may find herself with too many requests due to her smokin-ness.

If that means, "You might, with extensive searching, be able to find a vid of this chick somewhere on youporn.com", then there are a lot of "porn stars" out there. However, if it means something like "I might be headlining at a strip club, even if it's a pretty skanky one", then it needs to be a lot more narrowly applied.
In general, I would use the term to indicate someone whose porn career might come up without a lot of effort in searching. If that's how she has developed her persona, and is basing her rates on the "you saw me in 47 porn vids, wouldn't you like your chance to bang me too?", then she gets the "Porn Star: Yes" check, and I understand why she's charging those rates. However, if she can only boast a single webcam vid put up on some cheesy site that has 120 subscribers, then I don't think it applies. This also comes up with some of the Euro girls -- they can certainly do scenes for various websites (and I have a few instances on my hard drive of girls who have appeared on several related sites, in similar vids, but who have never appeared in any sort of American mainstream porn), but nobody may know who the hell they are unless they happen to run across the website that hosts their video, or some site that has lifted the content for their own redistribution.
She may very well have done Euro porn somewhere, but she isn't listed at iafd.com or the database at adultdvdtalk.com under that name. I don't have time to try to cross-reference her pictures with the number of random cute blondes doing a few scenes for various sites these days, so I would default to assuming that describing her as "porn star" means that she shot a scene or two for some website somewhere, and wouldn't expect her rate to vary significantly because of that.
