I have 9 pages of reviews that I tour over and over again wondering what I could have done better (besides being on time).  I always ask gents if I should get implants and they always say "I am perfect just the way I am".  I call SHENANIGANS!

I'm not much of a boob guy so I think your natural boobs are fine. anything natural beats artificial. imho

unless you were born deformed or injured, I feel it's best to leave them alone.

if your primary objective is to look prettier, then it is going to vary  from guy to guy so you may want to find out your target clientelle demographics and see what they prefer.

they just might like you for who you already are and asking folks here would be a moot point  because, personally, I tend to like  thinner spinners and I have a slightly different preference.... so my opinion and preference might be useless to guys in your demographics.

however, I can see how guys can find you very attractive though. no nose job or boob job needed imho. guys like me would be turned off if it's too big. I would say, unless it is trully hindering your lifestyle and esteem, Leave them all alone and just focus on your best traits.

A UTR provider friend-of-mine out on the West Coast decided to take the plunge for implants seven years ago.  She immediately got a staph infection in the implants that almost killed her.  The docs had to remove the implants and most of her breast tissue to fight the infection.  Her case is STILL in litigation.  Meanwhile, she is left with a totally flat, scarred-up chest that no longer has much feeling in it.  She keeps her top on during sessions since then, and is down to only a couple of clients (including me).  The rest of her clients bolted after the botched operation.

Just know that these things are not risk-free.

Not that many men want girls that are fake. By fake, I mean, having breast implants, nose jobs, and everything else. It just looks so damn unnatural. And the feel is also unnatural. I've been with a few providers that had their boobs done. And, when we change positions, I expect the tits to move naturally, but, its idle. It's a bit of a distraction. Sure, it may look good with the cloths on, but when its off, it's just a bit funky to look at.

When I want to suck on a pair of tities, I want to suck on natural tities, not silicone valley. For some people, they have to get plastic surgery to because of self esteem issues, and this is usually because of lopsided anatomy. You know, some girls have a breast smaller than the other, and its affects both the intimate and public consciousness.

I'm not gonna say no, if you feel you have to get them for yourself, then go ahead if it makes you feel better. But, if most men say, you look fine, they probably mean it. I am an honest guy, if I see something that needs to be corrected, then I will not hesitate to say it, eventhough it may hurt the other person's feeling. At least, I try not to be so blunt about it.

Also, don't get carried away like how they do it in Hollywood. Is it too soon to make a Micheal Jackson reference? Anyways, if the guys say you look fine, then you probably do look fine. If you feel that you need these improvements for self esteem issues, then be my guest. Best of luck.

If you have no trouble booking dates and you have several pages of good reviews why would you consider sugery. Plus the silicon/botox/callogen look is favored in the west and south. In the east a more natural look is prefered.

For me a bad attitude can turn a 10 into a 7 fast! While a great attitude can turn a 7 into a 9! I'd say be thankful that you are well liked and not to mess around with the natural beauty that alot of men feel you possess. You can't be attractive to everyone. I'd say you are a 7-8 based on photos only. FAKE breasts or other body parts may or may not help you. Ever heard of plastic surgery DISASTERS! OUCH! Some ladies really should avoid implants. But hell, if you want them go for it. For every site I go to that offers search options, the one thing I make sure to set is "breasts -> natural". Implants are a dealbreaker, no exceptions.

Most of them have D-cup implants. That should tell you many if not most hobbyists like big tits (natural ones are preferred of course, but well-done man-made will do). Flat-chested girls just don't do it for ME. But that's just ME.

I saw her originally when she was a small b. she said the same thing as you, she wanted implants but all her clients were saying no, don't get em. She ended up getting very small tasteful implants. I am a fan of real boobs, but I'll tell you, these look really nice and natural, unfortunately they feel like shit. She's told me that her business has increased because of the small tasteful implants and I've noticed that her reviews went from 8s and 9s for looks to 9s and 10s for looks after the implants. Some clients will see you specifically for your real breasts, but as far as this provider told me, it sounds that the general client population will give you higher scores for high quality fakes. As far as the lip injections and nose job, nonononono. Your lips look perfect, and don't mess with your face. Seeing your pics, I'd say your breasts are beautiful and don't need a change, and you may lose some natural breast loving clients if you go fake. Best thing to do is get plastic surgery only if you want it yourself, not for the hobby. I cantn imagine the higher looks scores really make you that much more money, since bolt on haters really hate bolt ons, but everyone loves natural titties. If someone is specifically looking for a provider with big titties specifically, they'll want real ones.

sweetie, it's about how you feel about yourself. DO NOT get plastic surgery for anyone but yourself.  Who knows how long you will be in this business right? You could go out and get huge implants, cash in and then once it's time to hang up the thong and live outside of the hobby world, you might wish you were natural again.

Point is, if you have thought long and hard and have no doubts about getting something done, then go for it. Do your research, and just don't go overboard. Plastic surgery is supposed to look natural and NOT fake.

She needs to make sure that if she makes the proper decision to get right the implants. Get the ones so they are not as hard a baseballs. I have seen some nice jobs and did not realize they were fake until I saw the ladies review profile after I saw her. I have been with others where I was the first reviewer and did not realize she had implants until she told me. The others did not get the biggest size possible, they got the C size and they were nice.

but would also add priority of importance... it ranks pretty low for me. lol

Physical traits only.  (exaggerated slightly

1. pretty face. not too long not too wide
2. reasonable separation between eyes, not too wide or narrow. eye brow angle and little or no wrinkle under eyes
3. healthy set of teeth, no chips or brown cigarette stains
4. hot.tone body  overall, fitting well in a dress
5. legs that appear enticing
6. firm butt that you just wanna get behind and start a doggy
7. nether regions that appear clean
8. soft pearly skin. no skin hair
9. Tatoos, preferrable very little.
10. boobs that are bigger than a flat chest. size A is fine but bigger than D is troublesome.

how would we know with reasonable certainty they got high ranking from their boobs rather than a slew of other traits.

some might have gotten implants after they went up the ranks

I'd put myself in the "nope" category... but it is a little more complicated than that.  I'd put it more like this:

  1- First Choice: good set of natural tits.
  2- Second Choice: equally good set of fakes


  3- Distant Third Choice: bad set of natural tits



  4- Far Distant Fourth Choice: equally bad set of fake tits

Put another way, all other things being equal, I'd rather have real than fake.

Only suggestion i would offer is to have a few pics in which you are smiling - I loked thru the pics in your gallary - physically you are as hot as can be, but a few face shots witha friendly smile would be the icing on the cake

I look for white, straight teeth as an indicator of a providers social class. Providers who have white teeth that are straight are generally better educated and come from similar background as i do. Jacked teeth are a deal breaker for me, so I look for photos of the provider showing her teeth.
A good photo of you smiling will go a long way, in my humble opinion.

I personally don't mind if they are real or fake.  Boobs are boobs to me lol. The only thing that i care is real is the Va-jay-jay hahaha
