I KNOW how some providers try to lie to get what they. You hear all kinds of BS stuff the girls do to try getting reviews removed, get away with flaking and NCNS, milk more money out of their clients.
You are no different right now, trying to persuade others of your point of view. Of course, you have no other choice but to support your girls, since they work for you. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with that, and actually, I respect it.
However, you need to do a better job trying to understand clients' perspectives and be less biased. Your girls could say anything they want. I am sure the gent could do better too. But they did something to piss him off too. Given his PREVIOUS track record, you can't just blame him for this.

Most agency owners are in favor of honest reviews and receiving constructive critcism because if they don't hear from the clients, they have no idea what's going on. So when client reaches out and complains or offers advice any GOOD owner is going to listen and see what they can do to handle the situation. However, when client feels he overbooked on time, can't get another cup out, or things just aren't living up to his expectations most will not turn around complain and then even after offered a free single session with one provider, will not attempt to blackmail till they get what THEY feel is an appropriate discount, which is a refund and a free session. There is more than meets the eye my friend.
You absolutely pay for a good time, and I'm the first to think that client should get what he's paying for. I don't mind bad reviews, I don't mind clients complaining about a bad session, I don't mind offering comps on future sessions, I do however mind being strong armed and bullshitted into giving a free session just cause you didn't get stockings with garter, because you don't like the color of the walls, or cause the comforter was scratchy or any other silly bullshit you want to try thinking of as to why you want all your money back.
He could also be giving an honest account of what happend. I don't believe any one can give a 100% all the time, again this could be something that he brings to the session.
Personally if I had a customer that I could not satisfy, for what ever reason. I would recomend that they take their business elsewhere.
I offered him time that I shouldn't have to offer. 45 minutes with Aubrey on Saturday to make up. I think that's more than fair and yet I still get this review and backlash. Yes, no one told him to leave after he popped he got dressed and went. I even offered him his money back or a free session. They had two other clients that came back with glowing reviews and rebooks. Bigvern you made a very good point. You can't please everyone and it's very frustrating when a client has a bad attitude and the agency owner can't express her side of the situation as well.
This client seems to be one of those clients you can't please when he complains about minor things.He took his complaints to the agency, the agency offer a comp, and then after the fact he posted the mini and then sent a text to attempt to blackmail her for an even deeper discount. It would be fair enough if he was merely attempting to post the review to warn other clients, but that is not his motive especially when you tell the agency owner that you can still "fix this" and you will remove the review if she provides even more of a discount.
When you walk into a session and often have buyers remorse after, maybe this is not the hobby for you. When after a session you have to think about the negatives instead of looking at the overall positives, then is not the hobby for you.

gosh, I am not sure how an on-going argument with a client(s) (no matter how much a PIA) really helps business and/or attracts new customers. Sometimes less is more.
