YES !! The agency owners do need too know when there ladies aren't performing up to par. Most agency owners read over their ladies reviews in order to see what their ladies did wrong and where they can step up and do better. If I have a lady that comes and works and 6 out of 10 clients complains about her, then she's got to go. If MSOG is offered and the lady declines then the client needs to call the agency and let them know so it can be fixed. A lady would be fired on the spot if she was hired as full GFE and gave a client a CBJ and no DFK. When a client has a legitimate gripe then the GOOD agencies owner handle it, but if a client is pulling bullshit like has an visible STD and expects the lady to provide GFE services or the client tries to abuse the time and doesn't want to leave, or is rough or rude with the lady and gets kicked out and the guy expects a discount after posting bullshit on the TER boards then that is extremely laughable.

I KNOW how some providers try to lie to get what they. You hear all kinds of BS stuff the girls do to try getting reviews removed, get away with flaking and NCNS, milk more money out of their clients.
You are no different right now, trying to persuade others of your point of view. Of course, you have no other choice but to support your girls, since they work for you. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with that, and actually, I respect it.
However, you need to do a better job trying to understand clients' perspectives and be less biased. Your girls could say anything they want. I am sure the gent could do better too. But they did something to piss him off too. Given his PREVIOUS track record, you can't just blame him for this.

I'm not arrogant, it's as simple as saying the truth. They weren't terrible company. They are great girls. He didn't get what he requested and he's making a big fuss about it. Sorry if you feel that My response was inappropriate when it was indeed the right one. I don't like being blackmailed into giving more than what he deserved. The client kept mentioning IT WAS about the money for him. So there. If you're indeed a client of mine you'd at least call or email me to ask what's this about as several already have who have appointments with them tomorrow and Saturday. I've done that several times when I think the girl will not perform to her full potential. Why should I, or any other person want ENDURE bullshit and drama? It was your responsibility and the providers responsibilities to clarify your objectives and review YOUR criteria of pleasing a client. It is not the clients responsibility of the client to go there and hope for the best, especially when he is paying top dollars from a well reviewed agency such as yourself. We PAY for a good time, we don't pay for the drama. Even though you offered a free 45 minute session and his initial session was comp, that was not his mini. The point of his mini was to advertise his disappointment and to make you realize that there are errors in system that needs to be fix. Money is not the point for some of us clients. Time is also a luxury that some of us do not have.
Think about your pride and arrogance because I am having second doubts of booking your agency again. I have seen your girls before, but the way you handled and express yourself showed me that you reacted based on emotions and did not take the time to analyze the situation, which is alarming. Perhaps in the future, you may want to reanalyze your response because it is you that set your own reputation and how others perceive you by your responses and how you react to negative situations.
Most agency owners are in favor of honest reviews and receiving constructive critcism because if they don't hear from the clients, they have no idea what's going on. So when client reaches out and complains or offers advice any GOOD owner is going to listen and see what they can do to handle the situation. However, when client feels he overbooked on time, can't get another cup out, or things just aren't living up to his expectations most will not turn around complain and then even after offered a free single session with one provider, will not attempt to blackmail till they get what THEY feel is an appropriate discount, which is a refund and a free session. There is more than meets the eye my friend.
You absolutely pay for a good time, and I'm the first to think that client should get what he's paying for. I don't mind bad reviews, I don't mind clients complaining about a bad session, I don't mind offering comps on future sessions, I do however mind being strong armed and bullshitted into giving a free session just cause you didn't get stockings with garter, because you don't like the color of the walls, or cause the comforter was scratchy or any other silly bullshit you want to try thinking of as to why you want all your money back.
