I can sympathize -   Europe is much more economical and  easy going - love me some FKK clubs myself-

Can also empathize with the PTSD -   if you are experiencing acute symptoms I would say to contact the VA but we both know what a prob that can be - though if you're still active us your Tricare benefit and get some help....    

also if you google PTSD support groups Washington DC you will find a lot of resources

I can't help with the PTSD but maybe if you look around more you will find what you are looking for? Maybe girls offering specials? Maybe someone will PM you discreetly? I am not sure if you have zero funds or are looking for a really low low rate.
