You must have somehow spooked the management because I've been there many years without a problem. You might have called too many times. I'd say move on to another PV agency. Make sure you're with some type of verification agency like P411 and RS2K.
No, nothing to spook them. I know my way around. Called and left vmail late morning/noon, and did so again about a month later, followed by gentle email. Left things generic. Maybe I should specify?
I'm thinking to move on. There are plenty of highly reviewed, reliable independents as well as agencies. Just wondering whether BG is overbooked or dysfunctional.
