Truthfully speaking the thrill has diminished and taking matters in hand so to speak has been a favorable release in between sessions. Twice a week has turned into twice a month, maybe.

Ever since Classy and DMV closed down, I have been seeing about 6 to 8 girls per month. However, I feel like I am running out of choices, esp in DC. Not enough variety for me. I like seeing different girls but mostly young ones - over 90% have been less than 25 years old. Also, too much sex with different girls is making me tired at work, lol. Anyone else thinking about cutting down on the number of girls they are seeing?

I haven't been able to have sex since May. I got money in my hobby account, but just can't use it for now...At the peak of my hobbying, I averaged about 2 girls per month.
I have reduced the amount of times I hobby per month, because I wasn't enjoying it as much as I would like to. I've posted a thread about this on the General Discussion board, and one feedback mentioned the law of diminishing marginal utility, which basically means, with the increase frequencies, then the pleasure decreases with each additional frequency.
For example, if I was hungry, and ate the first plate of food. That first plate would be very satisfying, because it has fulfilled my desires (I would give that first plate a 10 for overall satisfaction). I still have room to eat a bit more, and got a second plate of food. That second plate is not as satisfying as the first plate, and so I would give that second plate a 7 for overall satisfaction. If I eat a third plate, that third plate will not give me any satisfaction because I am already stuffed with food, and so I would give that last plate a 3 for overall satisfaction.
A similar analogy can be applied for the hobby, at least from my experienced. The first fuck of the month is always gratifying. Then, the rest, its so so. Not the providers fault, but, I've already been satisfied to fully enjoy it.
Here is the conclusion. I was seeing girls because I've made it a habit. Similar to any habit, you repeat the process sometimes without even thinking twice about. When you do decide to reduce the frequencies, it is difficult sometimes because it was a habit. This will test your will power and character to deny this habit. Not addiction, but, it was a lifestyle choice which made it into a habit. That is, just randomly seeing girls because I was accustomed to seeing that many girls per month.
What I've learned is, there is no set number of frequencies. Even when you limit yourself, you cannot deprive the physical temptation, but, you can deprive the mental temptation. That is, don't fuck because its a mental habit, but fuck when you are feeling physically horny. Reducing the number of frequencies per month does produce a more gratifying experience as long as its a physical temptation, and not satisfying the mental habit.
I can definitely relate that fucking too much does make a person tired, especially to be fully efficient at their workplace. A few times a month for me these days is an appropriate number to have balance business and pleasure. I'll squeeze a few more in if it was a physical temptation instead of a mental one.

Just last week I probably saw one lady too many (3 for the week). The lady I saw last (one of my ATFs) I shoulda saw first as the session was more gratifying.
I saw the other two primarily because I could. After seeing the ATF I had the V8 moment.
I can definantly relate to the Mental thing....shit most times the hunt is better than the catch. I can spend, sometimes an hour or two, searching for the next big cum which has an appeal and satisfaction all its own. Then after the apppointment, the session didn't meet the search expectations. Go figure.
So this week I think I'll pass......but if I go through the search process it may be tough
Its like I get a constant thrill from searching for the next hot lady to see, and that usually leads to me calling someone, even if I just had sex with a civi gf or a provider, but then on the ride home, i'm like did you really need that sweet ass, and then the internal struggle happens, LOL...

I am always thinking about cutting down but I never seem to keep my monthly number under 8. Some months more. I keep thinking that as I get older the desire will diminish but no sign yet. I have some men in my family still going strong in their late 60's so I am losing hope that I will ever lose the drive. I think if I did and could focus elsewhere, I might fix the economy or cure a disease : )

Most of the prices on Eros right now are 400 to 500 dollars, the highest average I've ever seen in my life. So if girls are charging this, and guys are actually paying it (not haggling) does that mean the economy really is better these days? Or is it just a fluke with Northern Virginia and DC since government and government related people are still doing well?
