Besides an unsatisfactory experience I had with a provider from prime, I've noticed several other average and bad reviews on the providers below. Does it mean Prime is losing reputation? I'm new. It looks like before seeing a New provider, it's always best to wait for a couple of reviews to be posted.

I can't really speak for Prime but I can give you a few perspectives from our side of the line.
Every agency has its own hiring practices, polices, and standards. We DO NOT all operate the same, although it appears so. There is a spiritual truth we all collectively know within the Fantasy Network. Your business (in this case, escort agency) is a reflection of your inner truth, whatever that may be.
Applicants will feign whatever they need to in order to get hired. This is true of any business. We teach this in resume classes, job hiring seminars, and even in school. Why would our business be any different?
Once a woman gets past the front door, most agencies do not have a training program as we do so, they don't get a better perspective of the associate is really like outside of the interview state. Even so, the question becomes: How long can she maintain the standards of the agency before she goes back to what she knows or chooses to do things her way?
This concept happens in all businesses. Even the most dilligent owner is going to have associates who either don't make the cut in the long run or can't maintain the falsehood they used to get through the door.
Something you didn't know: my hiring rate is 1.5% and chances are, if applicant has had experience, I most likely turn them down. That means I reject 98.5% of all my applicants (I get about two a day. You do the math.) and 90% of the time, it's not over looks; it's about character.
As I'm sure you are aware, every industry has its own honesty factor. The people in some industries will tend to be more honest than in others.
Well we are in an industry with a very low honesty factor. This means instead of mining 20 tons or rock to find one diamond you have to mine 60 tons.
If Prime is indeed slipping (and I am in NO WAY implying they are), in some respects, it's the nature of the beast and not their fault. Are they accountable as I would be if I were in their place? Yes. But are they at fault? No, we can't justifiably say that.
The Latin phrase applies here: "Ut incepit fidelis sic permanet."
It's the hope of every agency owner. Assuming, of course, they have the character to not only earn it, but keep it.

All of this makes perfect sense. From the client's point of view, one important measure of the agency's integrity and value is how it responds when things don't go as promised and expected. Is the agency's attitude, "I want to keep this client and will do what I can (within reason) to make things right?" Or is the agency's attitude, "I don't care about this john, there's always another about to pick up the phone?"
I can tell you that I've experienced both, and I'm sure you know which I prefer.
in other words like any tool you have to know how it works to use it best.
You will notice a fairly consistent pattern with the girls who are on their first few "tours" with most of the agencies - as the tour wears on their performance wears down.
You will also notice this same pattern when you book an indie who is into the pincushion model of providing - though you don't have tour dates to guide you in making good decisions about when to see them....
Now some of the really veteran ladies with the local agencies do not suffer this same burn out as witness their reviews. They are often a little more mature and bring a more professional attitude.....
I saw Mel on her third day here and she was awesome. Damn near a 10 in performance. But I could have easily predicted that as her tour wore on the performance was likely to decline...
THEN AGAIN - maybe the guy who gave her a 4 for performance was just not doing HIS job! Maybe he was being passive and boring and expecting a lady that young and inexperienced to lead. That is a recipe for failure.....

You and I most likely will never do business and that's OK. We have a very specific target audience and we don't go outside that and you have your requirement that work for you.
However, I have always enjoyed our discourse and reading your balanced views and comments on many subjects.
Unlike most you've been around and sometimes it's nice to have a discourse with someone who understands there is a whole world out there and reality is a very fluid concept and not subject to just what you see, hear and feel.
Maybe one of these days we'll cross paths at a certain South West DC club.

do you think they give a rat's ass what you feel about them and that you posted? NO.. the reason is others who will JUMP on this post in their defense will give others like you the idea that it is a good agency.
It is not limited to prime, they all the same Classy is worse. Also not their fault, they want their girls to do 10hrs a day, and who cares if your hour was not the good hour.. they still got other suckers like you who will take the other hours
If you dont feel like you're getting the personalized attention you want from a large agency try a female owned agency or independent ladies. A lot of times we're(female owned agencies) more aware that a lady cant work 12 hours straight or see 10 clients a day. Our schedules are a lot more relaxed
We treat the ladies with respect and let them set their hours and limits so in turn they're happy to work and treat every one well.
Also we give ladies ample time between meetings so they arent stressed out when they meet with you.
One of this areas best agency's is by a female and has the lowest turn over rate. The same girls have been there for quite some time still earning excellent reviews. Its no coincidence : )
Speaking as a woman...
Some of the most inflexible people I know are female. Men understand the concept of running a business, compartmentalization, and the clear lines (when they exist) between business and personal. We as women are prone to cattiness and grudges and bringing them into business relationships rather than keeping that in their own personal lives. It comes with our emotional processing of the world. Hey, I was a Pi Phi. I should know about the whole crossing business and personal relationships. Trying to manage a sorority practically was it's own business.
Not to say that you aren't correct in some regard with women being more understanding to other women however, it is commonly known, women in business are prone to the attitude of, "Suck it up. I've been through it and can handle it therefore, so can you.". In that case, women are less likely to really be understanding with their employees ESPECIALLY females ones. I'm sure many of the women who have worked in a corporate environment know exactly what I mean.
As a FEMALE member of a MALE owned agency, I have the same privileges that you've listed, if not more. I set my own schedule, have ample time between appointments, and work in a relaxed, laid-back, professional environment.
In short, though your attempt to define yourself is really based upon generalizations and falsehoods of stereotypes, I respect what you're trying to say in your messages and well as your perspective and experience. Mine, of course, are different so in some areas, we'll just have to agree to disagree.

It's probably not the girls, it's probably not the agencies, it's more than likely the poster with an alias. He has severe issues. His whining is extraordinary.
It is now beyond me. Im not sure when we became the "BIG BAD Male owned agency". Maybe we should start posting the requests we get from new hires.

Dont want to be rude - but your ladies talk and talk a lot. I have always been happy with the service, but I sometimes hesitate because some of the ladies are way overworked and they have less than 5 mins between appointments to get ready (their words not mine).
I don't know whether you're being dragged in, but I for one was treated like s$&t by your agency, first you cancelled after I had arrived at the incall location without any notice, then you lied about it (she "wasn't feeling well" when in fact she wasn't there), then I got an earful of attitude from your "male owner," who as far as I'm concerned is a p$&p. Anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding him or herself.

Why the hostility? If you don't like the agencies, don't use them. Maybe you can explain to us what a "good agency" is. I've had exactly the opposite experience with both agencies mentioned here and a few others, and I've never rated anyone a 10. The ladies seem happy with their arrangements; one even told me they treated her like princess (that’s another story!). They have provided great service and have been very accommodating when I’ve had to cancel. One of the agencies even made arrangements for my ATF to meet me at a location convenient for me when she was across town. There have been times when for whatever reason they have had to cancel an appointment but it’s few and far between and when it’s not the best with a particular lady I chalk it up to “such is life” sometimes it just doesn’t click.
Lastly, isn’t it the agencies job to book appointments? I don’t think the ladies would be very happy sitting around watching soaps all day, but I could be wrong!
Look inside yourself. If it's always you getting the bad hour, maybe it's you that's the problem. Stop your whining, it's embarrassing!
I've used them in a couple of occassions and on neither of them did the model seem to be overbooked, and I only have a handful of reviews. One one I was the only client for that day, and on another I was the first. Coincidence? Don't know, but I have been satisfied so far.
I am not a white knight or a spokesperson of any agency, but quite a few agency girls have told me that they in fact WANT to be busy since they visit only for 4-5 days. I've found lot of them to be very busy and still providing very good services.
Yes, I've had some mediocre experiences with girls, both independents and agency alike, but that's where YMMV factor comes in the play.

as an agency we have always wanted to comment on topic like this but we don’t always feel its best to voice our opinion except its extremely necessary. That said, because a girl gets one or two average/bad review does not mean she is a bad provider...the could have been a million reasons why the session went bad like lack of chemistry or maybe she was having an off day. Jessie, Lexi, Alice, Semone, Shannon, Riley, Renee just to name a few all have great reviews but also have one or two average /bad reviews…but most importantly they are consistent and are excellent providers. So i don’t really get your point when you say the agency is losing its reputation. All of our regular clients understand that if for whatever reason they have a bad experience or a session with no chemistry you can always call us back and we will give them a discount in the future or we can even give them the money back.
Lastly, I DON’T know why some of you hobbyist think PrimeDC girls are overworked? Lack of passion or a girl saying she can’t wait to go home does not mean she is over-worked…she could be missing home, or missing her kids, or maybe she is not attracted to you lol. PrimeDC girls have full control of their schedule and they inform us when they want more calls or when they want less calls…so please stop all the assumption about the girls been overworked because that is NOT the case. I am patiently waiting for a million respond…thanks

the only real complaint I ever hear is that some which they were busier.
When I tell them (afterward) that I am a reviwer and will post a mini or a review for them they are always delighted.
And I can attest to the fact that you guys have always taken good care of me.

I agree 100% with GTM, I have enjoyed spending time with ladies from 3 of the agencies around here and have walked away smiling each time. And I too have heard on more than one occasion that the ladies wish they were busier rather than over worked.
Everyone has an opinion and is entitled to it, just like everyone has a bad day from time to time. Besides you have to look at all the reviews as a whole, I'd hate to find out all those reviews that state the girl had 1100 O's in 5 mins with the reviewer weren't accurate..
As a casual hobbyist, I can only speak on my limited experiences with the agencies listed in this thread. As I never know when I will have an hour or two open, I am always a last minute caller. This seems to drive the indy's nuts and I understand that. However, I have never had one of these agencies not try to accommadate me in some fashion. Because of my limited window of opportunity, they always suggest who is available in the area. I have never gotten an attitude if I say that a particular provider is not my type. As far as service, some providers will be better than others, but that is totally subjective to the chemistry between us. Let's not forget we are dealing with human beings and much of the time, younger rather than mature, women. I have had a few that were not up to par, but I take that as part of this hobby. I never email or call the agency and bitch and moan about the service I receive or ask for a discount on the next visit. This is all part of the game we are indulging in. We are not dealing with sexbots...just ordinary people trying to provide a service under the radar.

Sorry. Just couldn't resist. Doesn't it all come down to customer service and a willingness to fulfill the client's needs? If you have a less-than-spectacular experience how about contacting the agency directly? My bet is they'll do quite a bit to make it up to you, and you might end up better off in the long run. Just a guess. If not, then you come here and tell everyone about your disappointing experience and follow-up. Seems pretty logical to me.

Yes it seems logical - but does not happen. I had a conversation with one agency about an issue I was having with more than one of their providers. They did not seem interested in solving my problem or providng any service at all. They were simply defensive, and seemed to be blaming the ladies for the issue (s) and that bothered me greatly. I dont say anything anymore I know the got in trouble and I have a great time so I will just listen when they talk and hope it gets better. Overall I think the agencies are great. The ladies are good, they provide great services, and they are flexible. Its just that you hear and expereince things that make you go hmm and maybe I should move one because I have great Indy provider friends too
I regret not posting more reviews of Prime girls, since the vast majority have been great, but I can assure you that finding a consistent selection of girls who can perform at a level found usually from independent GFE's is impressive.
I have also had my share of girls from not only Prime, but multiple other agencies (and independents) who have had their own "off-days," but even then, it wasn't necessarily a bad session.
Prime has been that one agency I can rely on when I have a last-minute urge to see a GFE (8 Performance or better) cutie conveniently in the Tysons or DC area, if anything, thats got to be a great reputation.
PrimeDC is still my number one agency choice. Wonderful selection of attractive girls. I've been impressed. It's hard for a girl to consistently please every single client and sometimes a girl has an off day so it's not unexpected for a few average ratings to be mixed in with great ratings.
You are not obligated to use them. There are plenty of hot indes as well as other agencies that you can select from.
