Interested in recommendations for a Northern Virginia establishment with therapists in the 21-31 age range.  Japanese is a favorite.   Thanks in advance.

There are not 21-31 Japanese providers working in massage parlors here. But the agencies feature them. Check out Joyful Bay, Asian Butterfly, and Angel Baby.
