Well, I can say that Latin America and the Caribbean both have many options.  I, for one have hobbied more times than I can count in Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Brazil.  Dominican Republic has a few different Adult Resorts.  On the low end, you have Blackbeard's (Barba Negra in Spanish) where you can get a room for between $50 and $200 per night with a good number of girls on site.  So, in this case, you can select one girl for the duration or sample the wares available.  Blackbeard's is in the town of Costambar, just outside of Puerta Plata, which is where you'd fly into.  Of course, almost every girl on that island is available for the right price!  There are a few higher end adult resorts that I can't recall the names of.  But they all advertise mostly non Dominican girls and charge ridiculous amounts, your choice though.  A google search of Adult Resorts in the Caribbean should get you started.  You can also self monger in Sosua, Santo Domingo, or Santiago in the DR, but, you may need to know a bit of Spanish to be comfortable.

Self mongering in Colombia is very easy in Bogota, Medellin, and I've heard, in Cali and Cartagena.  Medellin has The Medellin Mansion, which pulls girls from local colleges, translation services and modeling agencies (supposedly) for the gentleman's pleasure.  Medellin is a very modern city with lots to do when not banging chicas.  Bogota does as well, however, I can't recall any specific resorts.  Most guys can easily self monger there as the Colombian capital sees lots of Americans for various reasons.  By the way, the terrorism issue is a bit overstated.  Crime in Bogota is a more significant issue--but no more than in any major US city.

There is an international sex guide on the net that can offer more details on mongering in the areas I mentioned above.  I hope this site will one day include options for listing, reviewing and discussing the hobby in Colombia, DR and Brazil as they are Major sex tourism destinations (hint hint).
