So, I haven't been hobbying in a while now but occasionally log on to TER. I'm not really the lurking type so I thought I'd share a photo of TWO POPULAR CELEBRITIES and see how we all rate their appearance.

They are obviously not providers, because they are well known celebrities.  This is for "appearance ratings" only, not their TV persona or how they looked without makeup or how they look now at an older age, or whatever). Just these photos and nothing else.

Lets see how much we VARY in opinion. My hunch is that the scores will begin to fluctuate to a greater extent when the girl isn't a drop dead gorgeous solid 9 or 10 yet still above average. Maybe this is where 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' comes to play to a much greater extent?


FIRST ONE is sarah jessica parker.  I'd rater her a 7.5 ~ 8 at most.

SECOND ONE is Angelina Jolie. Strictly from this photo, she's a 9.4 here but I used to think this particular photo looked 9.6 at one point in time.  

Maybe my own eyes change over time too... not by much though.

since most of these images are photoshopped.  i would give Angie a 9, 9.2 if she put on a better shade lipstick.  Sarah, 8.5.  I would rate Salma Hayek and Charlize Theron higher since their face appeals more to me.

the amount of airbrushing that has been done to these two photos has basically created an image of something that does not actually exist.  

Why not just ask who is hotter Wilma Flintstone or Betty Rubble...Betty, obviously...but I digress.

Are we supposed to forget that Angelina is a tattooed up bag of bones that used to carry a vile of Billy Bob Thorton's blood around her neck and that she was a major drug addict who used to cut herself and made out with her brother?

And SJP, really? I remember her on Bob Hope specials in the 1970's where she was a young horse-faced, gangly teenager with a huge mole on her chin.  Now she is nearly fifty and is an aging horse-faced...well you know where I'm going with this.

At least with Betty and Wilma, the fiction has little baggage, where the reality of both of these ladies is too much for me to find either very palatable, let alone attractive.

We all know both are older now, look different without makeup, and they may very well be photoshopped,
so I was referring strictly to these two photos.

Looks like we're at the ball park for both SJP and AJ.   maybe 0.2 to 1 difference.

Never really thought SJP was super hot... but she's not butt ugly or repulsive either.  Just a slightly abo average highly decorated girl that puts her in the attractive category only because she decorates herself and dresses well. lol

Charlize Theron from that bank theft movie, what was it? Insider?  She looked hot there.
Salma Hayek is also hot. Prolly a 9.2+ in this particular youtube link where she's dancing with the snakes.

a good day. Her face ain't doing much for me. And, have you seen her body recently? I'd pass on her. As for Angelina Jolie, I'd give her a 7 too. She ain't doing much for me in terms of the looks department. She looks worn down, as though her career has demised her natural beauty. As for her body, I'd probably give her an 8.

Those girls are average looking to me. I see those girls average looking girls on a regular basis at my J.O.B.

Now, this little fine thing I got depicted here, that right there is worth paying a little more for. I'd give her like a 9 on a bad day. She's got a thin body with big boobs, a pretty little face, and a conservative size ass. I've seen better though. But, you wanna talk about hot, this girl is a true 9 to me. Reason why I give her a 9 is, I've seen her without makeup on. And, she looks like a 9. True beauty does not require makeup IMO. Her name is Kayden Kenzie.

She's about a 8.5 without makeup to me... bod is my type but not sure about her face. still hot tho and better than SJP. lol   With makeup, Kayden Kendie does look somewhere around a 9.

In that case, how do you like this girl in the photo?   Evangeline Lilly... she started out looking about 8.5 to me in that tv series LOST.

Towards the end of that ridiculously frikkin long-ass tv series, she ended up looking about a 9 mostly because the tv show brainwashed me or she grew on me and started finding her and her freckles more attractive. lol
Add some professional photography and she gets closer to 9.3 in this photo. heh

It depends so much on how they dress / makeup / age. lol  photoshop helps a lot and so does the lighting background....  SMILE helps a lot in appearing more pretty.

Favorite actress, but she ranges from 6 to almost 10 yet in the back of my mind I think of her as close to a 9.7 even though I look at her cellulose/fat photo and think "damn she's only a 7 in that photo".
