...empty her voice mailbox (daily at least).  Usually I can then leave a message on it, but beware it fills again quickly.  Actually, I have not gotten the best of responses from Ashana by voice mail or text messages.  Best to Email her on the link from her website.  I have found that she answers Email, at least within a day or two.  Unlikely you will get last minute or same day appointments, though.  Ashana is just too busy.  Welcome to the world of trying to get an appointment with the most desired and busy providers.  Good luck.
