your next victim, err provider? I am sure we are all different in some respects but thought that it might be interesting to see just how different we are.
So you see and ad on ter, you first....
Here is mine:
1. I check out her photos. If she doesn't appeal to me physically, then the process stops here. Also, this time I may be looking specifically for a young petite blonde or maybe a more mature MILF, or role playing, etc., etc. But in any case, there has to be something about her appearance that makes me jump to the next step.
2. I next check her rates. Can I afford her? If they're high but not crazy, and still think I can cut it, maybe minus a couple of months of hobbying, I next check out the menu and see what she's offering for dinner.
3. If the menu looks promising, then it's on to her reviews. If I have learned one thing it's that in a lot of cases, the menu can be a little deceiving as to what she does allow or doesn't. The reviews can sometimes bring the truth to light. There is also the problem of certain menu items being offered to one and not another. This is the one mystery that one cannot solve without asking her when you see her.
4. If I am really interested at this point but still not 100%, I would next PM one of her reviewers. Have had many PM me also for certain clarifications about a review that I have made.
That's my play for ladies that advertise. There is also the scenario for just running a random search for a particular body type, menu items offered, etc. but from there the process is pretty much the same.
Maybe I can learn something by you guys posting yours.
By the way ladies, I am an ass man and wish that you would post more photos of yours on your sites. Hate seeing 20 pictures and not one of your derriere, naked or otherwise. And it wouldn't be polite for me to email you saying "I need a photo of you ass to finalize my decision." 
I go through much the same process as you, though I've never tried to PM a reviewer. I also often read what girls write as it gives a bit of perspective into their personality and I've found that the effort people put into their webpage or their writing will often mirror the effort they put in to other things that they do...
what is look for is
1. No ghetto types You play in dirt you get dirty
2. Pics i prefer un doctored pic nude is great but my best times have been with simple pic that are classy put up current pic not 10 years old i am not tom cruise but i am realistic
3. rate, it is in my range or something crazy ?
4. reviews are they consistant or all over the place in this economy why take chances
5. Clean, sane. drug free, and sober. be in a good area No pimps (they should all be shot in the nuts) good agency people you have my respect
6. do they return your email ?
7. i look for nice girls i don't need a pse i like gfe with 2 shots i want to be worn out when i leave not looking for a plan b but i also want them to be happy
8. If you are a clock watcher don't screw me on my side of the clock these types i never repeat
9. If you are not gfe dont put it on your site you make get my funds once but never again just dont BS me
10 the great girls know they are great and dont have to tell the world
11. Dont make me drive to 10 different places this isn't the amazing race if the cops want your location they will unlock the gps in your cell and locate you.
just my little rant i am very easy going but sometime some of the girls make hobbying too much work
if I am in the mood to add someone to my to-do list or if someone catches my eye here on the boads by a post or ad, the first place I go is the reviews.
If I'm in search mode I input my preferred parameters into the review search engine, and then parse the list that results based on location and rate. I ignore appearance scores and go straight to her website(s).
If I'm checking a specific lady out I view her reviews first and then her website.
Or if I'm in the mood for something spontaneous I check out my favorite agencies websites. In the case of my favorite agencies I have become accustomed to a high and consistent quality of service. I will check her reviews and as long as she has no poor reviews (none at all is OK) I'm game.....
I do not start my "search" with escort malls. To much wasted time - too many fake pics and non or poorly reviewed ladies. I will however take note of new ladies who show up in my area of operations on Date-Check and Preferred411. If interested I will check their reviews and websites.
for me it is as follows
1) The right look. I like the athletic all american girl next door look. Preferably tall but petite is just fine also.
2) The reviews. Certain guys here have earned my respect and I value their opinions. They know who they are. This is especially necessary when I work with Independent girls.
3) Price. Heck, I have had some incredible times with some girls who set their fees under $300. To me $350 is the cutoff.
4) Location. Baltimore inner harbor is a pain in the ass to get to and get scammed on parking. As is some parts of DC that are not Metro acessible.
5) The Menu. I have been with some primadonnas who do not like DATY, BBJ or assplay (not necissarily Greek). If these things are not on the menu then I look elsewhere.
6)Track record with agencies. TGND, Desirable, DMV, Prime DC and Perfect 10s have been very good to me. Others who will remain nameless have been dissapointing.
7) The word clockwatcher or anything similar to is an automatic disqualification.

Either traveling on business or in the local area, if I can't get there and back, plus the appointment time without losing more than 90 minutes from my schedule, its a killer - as my life/work commitments don't let me have any bigger "gaps" (though occassionally I'll fly out a day or few hours early or return a bit later to allow for an extended visit while traveling);
After that, I go by reviewed providers who I have "scouted" (via reading reviews/visiting websites) for some period of time and verified that they are both attractive to my taste, within my budget, and offer the menu of services I enjoy - To much risk in seeing someone who is not established and well reviewed (or with one of the agencies I've used before.
If traveling, I only see well reviewed providers.
The key to a good safe time is careful research. Until my ATFs become unavailable (over time, 4 have retired, one moved away), the majority of my hobbying is with them. I maintian and follow a list of about 20 "would like to see" and when seeking a fresh experience I go to that list and seek an appointment.
But, besides that...Photos.... reviews...location..dates [ if touring]...rates. Reviews are the key...only exceptions if she is recommended to me by someone I trust.

location is important to me plays a major role. i will not go to dc unless it is something that is truly out of this world with the parking issue's and the ticket nazis it just not worth it. plus i have an adversion to paying for parking and getting my car scratched up you cant have anything nice in D.C.

Reviews are very important in my selection process. There was an occasion recently where I trusted reviews (consistently excellent) more than photos, and ended up very pleased.
If I simply look through the New Reviews, say, once a week, that pretty much takes care of my To Do list.
Ass-sets - if they have something remarkable there, they'll usually show it in photos. No rear view likely means this is not this lady's strength.
if i repeat for a 4th time you can be sure i've read every last one.
i sift through the text looking for hints about the tone of the encounter. that is sometimes more important than menu. hell, an ex wife had a more extensive menu than most providers i've seen. but for me the menu is less important than the intangibles.
as long as she gives a good BJ (if covered it had better be something to sing about), has a range of positions for intercourse, can switch between slow sensuality and something more vigorous, doesn't mind a little bite, slap or scratch then we're good.
I pretty much follow the posters process except I also agree with location. The furthest I have traveled from my location in NoVa is to Rockville. There is one doll I would love to see but she is in DC. Maybe someday I will venture in there. Worked there for many years, years ago, and not really my favorite place.

I used to give extra weight to ladies who are regular posters on the boards and whose writing I liked. I felt that I got a better sense of their personalities, and I found that I could expect a certain level of service from ladies who paid attention to what gets said here. While both observations generally proved true, I sometimes encountered an unexpected problem. Occasionally the active board participants wanted to spend the session talking board politics and trying to drag me into whatever was the current dispute.
The hardest thing for me is to find the time in my busy and unpredictable schedule, so my first priority is to find a provider that's close to me. I just can't make it to DC or MD.
In terms of attributes, I actually look for intelligence and attitude next, and usually (but not always) maturity. Then price, schedule, and other details like that. Finally, physical appearance and looks are somewhere in there too.
