I never do incalls. Walking into a mine field isn't my thing. This area is bad for LE. A girl that I use from NOVA said her friend got busted a couple weeks ago. It looks like the action is in NOVA but like I said I don't do Incall.
But most of the reports that I see are from Montgomery County, MD. Rockville is in Montgomery County. There are a lot of careless providers out there, and some will do anything for money.
If you are not comfortable with incall, get a hotel room in NOVA or Downtown DC and have the provider come there.
