An ACS is an agency that rotates girls quickly and sometimes uses the same pic for different girls. Here in the DC market, the ACS rate is $160 an hour. You get to the apartment expecting to see Girl A, but what you get is the next girl in rotation. Maybe you see A, but just as easily you see B or C.
