Recommendation for a nice hotel that's reasonably priced ?
Also what section of D.C is best and convenient for clients ?

It's my first Tour their and don't want to pick the wrong area or hotel.
I've been told it's tricky , because the nice tourists areas can be deceiving and are not nesscary that safe ?

Any Ideas and or advice would greatly be appreciated.

 Thank you. Paige Lynn
Of course it should go without saying that names of specific hotels should not be in public posts, but in private mailings.

If you are looking to stay inside the city, a good number of gentlemen here prefer hotels near Metro stations (within a couple of blocks), since getting around by car can be problematic for some.  Probably also want to stick with the N.W. quadrant.

Hope that you have an enjoyable tour here.

Any area  downtown is a good.... it's competitive here though so I recommend having bookings before touring ;)

I feel like Crystal City is a good best of both worlds location if you can find a room at a reasonable rate. Metro accessible but parking isn't too difficult with street parking available in 2-hour daytime meter spaces which are free and fairly abundant after 6pm. It's also inside the beltway which has pluses and minuses but I think is a net positive in terms of location for most. My $.02...

Your info and time is well appreciated

My friends and I host in Crystal City quite a bit.

Most of the hotels are within a 10m walk from the metro and parking is pretty easy.

Most hotels offer shuttle service to/from DCA if you're flying in.

Very close to a huge mall (Pentagon City) and tons of places to choose from for eats

The weekend reates in the Washington are MUCH lower than the weekday rates.  Sometimes less that half the weekday rate.
