A little lost with the Math there...

So are you saying that she is in 11th grade (by US standards) and 17 yrs of age..

Assuming the kids over there start school at 6 yrs old (1st grade), it would make her 16 yrs old when she graduates 10th grade.  If that is correct, then are you saying that she was in law school at 17 yrs of age?

Just clarifying what you are trying to say.

When you think about things in a different way, sometimes it is strange.

I was recently in Moscow as a tourist.  I called a local agency which sent me Nastya, who was quite spectacular after when removed her clothes.  (She was also spectacular in them.)    The web site says that she is 18, but I assumed that it was the usual agency hype.

We started talking, and got onto the subject of school since both she and I attend university.  She said that she was in her first year of law school, and that Russian school is ten years.  OK, so she’s a law school student.  That’s fine.

But then I remembered that Russian school is only ten years which means that she is in her eleventh year of school.

It somehow felt strange thinking of her as a high school junior rather than a law student

I am having hard time understanding whether his post is about dishonest marketing, legal issues, or moral dilemma, or school system in Russia or combination of the above.  

But unless he clarifies, we would never know.

What he is saying is that he is a college senior paying a high school junior to sleep with him.  Pretty obvious to me.   As long as he wear the button, "I support a Russian Crimea", I doubt he will have problem with the authorities.

he and the young lady "both attended university".

Although I would not necessarily make that "leap", I can see where someone could come to the conclusion that the OP was a senior in college.

I tend to agree more with you and will need more information before coming to any conclusions myself.

doesn't necessarily mean he is senior in college. I was in college in my late 20s attending grad school.

Its eleven years compulsory in Russia.  If she was a first year law student, then she would indeed be eighteen or nineteen years of age.

It would be similar for girls, would you want to date a high school senior or a 'college man'...even though they could potentially be the same age (every girl I knew would want the college guy because he's "older".).  Doing a co-ed is hot - doing a high school girl could be a bit weird as its 'too young', even though they are the same age
