Some of these providers are pretty bad, they think that they own you. I had a very ugly situation where I used a provider for a reference and she got upset because I was willing to pay another provider more for services. She was the one who promised me locked in rates. I was able to find another provider who had similar profile to become the new ATF.

People bash her rates..I hope that doesn't happen today.
