Anyways dude, there are similar pictures like these on Eros, and BP. The biggest indicators you want to examine is the term "hourly". Also, the rates are also unconventional. Those even numbers after 2 or 3 bills summarize their expectations. For example, "$220, $240, or $260". Its either $200, $300, or $400, and not those extra $20, $40, or $60.

Dude, I've seen these ads all the time. You call them, then you talk to an agency, and she'll say that ****** will call you back from the ad. Then ******* calls you, she arrives 30 minutes late. Ask for money upfront. Then have you sign some stupid waiver with your signature and ask to see your identification. While all of this is going on, she's on the phone talking to her booker or manager. She'll ask you do you have any plans of taking her out to dinner, because that's what you paid her for.

TGTBT is largely a measure of standards.  Give it a shot.  In my opinion, no big whooptydoo if its nothing special.  The price is reasonable for the advertisement.  But again, to me its not TGTBT.  If I got stood up...whooptydoo.  I wouldn't worry one way or another.
