So I've done some research of my own and found that she works with ByChoice Entertainment that is either run by or also features a girl named Courtney who has rather average reviews on other review sites (5's and 6's).

They are from Texas I think.

She's really spectacularly hot (in my opinion).  If anyone has more info, let me know.  I can't find either of them on TER.
