I'm not so sure she's a provider at all.  Doesn't show up anywhere really except in her own posts occasionally.  Had some strange thig meeting with some guy who posted that she was nice, but it was a straight dinner discussion, with her asking him all sorts of questions about the hobby, getting him to fil out a survey form, etc.  May be just an enthusiastic sociology student working on an interesting project.
