If you click on clear, then run just the phone number, you will find one review each for Krystan and Nicole.  Although the reviewers use different names, the text of the reviews is nearly identical.  One of the reviewers has no other reviews; the other has one other review, also with large patches of identical text.  I've pointed this out to TER, but they're still there.
