where is baltimore Inn Harbor? i am going to try to come next week have to sit everything up. i am looking at wed,thur, fri. looked up fair it is cheap. can i take a taxi from the airport? I will not rent a car, don't like to drive where i don't know. please tell me what everone thinks.

BWI area is best. It's got good hotels, and there is plenty of parking there. Plus, since it's between Baltimore and Washington, it is relatively convenient for guys from both.
