It's too bad Chicago, NYC, Boston, and other cities don't see those rates. The economy sucks, and many providers are too arrogant to lower rates. They'd rather not get biz, and never have their phone ring, and then  bitch about the men !

Was out in Vegas last month and just got back from Honolulu and most ladies have their rates up there like the economy was still booming and we all had tons of disposable cash.  

The sorority gals have had a lot of folks that seemed to disapprove but I like the discounts, specials and contests

They feel it might ruin their reputation, and it might cheapen them.  That's  really funny isn't it.

They rather miss car payments or not feed their 2 kids that they don't want anybody to know about.

lowering your rates is a personal choice. Many things factor into what rate a lady is at and why.
If they are as busy as they want to be there's no reason to lower your rates. Not everyone wants to operate with a revolving door of clients passing through it.
Many Ladies have other jobs careers school and responsibilities and it's a limited time of availability and they choose to make the most of it.
No one can tell someone else what her time is worth to her. Only she knows that. AND really it's none of anyone elses business why she sets her rates the way she does. Either pay it or don't...it's that simple.
All the boo hooing about rates here there and everywhere is an on going pile of crap...move on  why don't ya. There's got to be more interesting things to talk about.
Higher rates believe it or not can also be a bit of a screening ploy as well. It can work greatly in her favor. Screens out the cheap asses and less desirable clients. Some of them anyway.
Long time friends of hers may not be paying the advertised rate as well. If at one point her rates were lower, they may very well be grandfathered in at that rate. She may allow them extra time and some, package deals if you will.
Good business is not always as conventional as lowering rates. There's certain considerations that can be agreed upon that are fair to both the Lady and her long time loyal friends.
Many gals run specials, which is a temporary lowering of her rates and based on when SHE feels the desire to do so for whatever reason.

If at her rate she is as busy as she chooses to be, why lower her rates. She is obviously doing just fine where she is at.
Oh and by the way, if it seems unreasonable to you that her rates are too high, that doesn't mean everyone else feels that way as well. Someone must be paying her rate she  is still working.

Most of the time lower rates=higher volume(not always)
Some ladies keep their rates higher than others because they have another source of income or they want to remain low volume.
What ever the reason, its the providers choice and if you dont like it move on.
If you are a provider quit worrying about others and focus on your biz.

They're not suffering and their phone IS still ringing so it is a non issue to them.  There are 2 sides to any arguments.  Personally if I feel a rate is too high, I don't call.

Maybe if the economy is that bad you should not hobby until your finances shore up or learn to manage your money better.  This is a privilege, not a right.

I like when providers offer specials/discounts for me...it makes me feel special and wanted to repeat more and more!!

All of my ATFs are under $300 and they are THE BEST LADIES ON THE EARTH!!!...

Sitting here recovering from the surgery that I had, I cannot help but to write about these non-sense attacks on some of my GFs. Knowing many of these so called Sorority girls personally ( a little too personally in some cases ), they are young, educated, smart wiz kids who have found  way to make a GREAT living while they attend college. I wish I was half as smart as they are when I was at their age.

Lets see what are the options here in the market for ladies.

Option 1: Work for an agency, on average there is a 60/40 split, so you figure when they advertise at 260/hr the girls get somewhere around 150 or so. (best case)

-- Pros:
a. 100s if not 1000s of repeat clients within agencies
b. Don't need to do anything, no marketing, no scheduling, no hotel reservation, show up and work

-- CONs:
a. some say the verification is not as strict as it needs to be, thus 1000s of clients there
b. Long hours, it is a biz model, you figure they make 100 of each hour or so and do all that work and pay for the hotel.. an average girl must work 6 to 10hrs a day.

Option 2: Learn how to do the basic things, ref. checks, being safe, being a lady, ..etc and own your personal schedule and have your own freedom of saying yes or no

-- PROs:
a. you own your own destiny, work one day and don't work the other, see who you like to see and don't see others.
b. Set your own rate, if one week you need only a few $$$, then work at full rate, if one week you plan to buy a new car and need more $$s, reduce your rate and get more hours. basic of marketing.

-- CONs:
a. a lot of work to do your own schedule, hotel reservation, verification, ..etc
b. deal with a lot of non-sense (so called haters) who used to get their way in agency world because of the Benjamins in their pocket and now they are hearing a "no"

Now there are also certain providers who LOVE to post using an alias to stir the pot so to say, why not, lets accuse the ones who are creative, young and willing to play ball, to be HIGH VOLUME ..etc just because they were creative enough to lower their rates!.. All of us women have been jealous here and there.

as a provider myself, I know I hated those weeks when I was hoping for more $$s and did not get it because I was not the newest kid on the block, or because all the traveling providers were here, or any other reason, guess what I did? I focused on the following week and did better.

so my advice are the following

- Hobbiest who don't get through the verification with the girls, ask for an answer from them, a yes or a no and why and then move on. Obviously these girls have seen a LOT of hobbiest, there are plenty of reviews for each one of them, so there is a reason they don't want to see you, and like others said, there are MANY MANY more fishes in the sea, move on!

- Providers, we are all in here for the business side of things, lets not kid ourselves. we live by the unwritten rules of being part of a virtual team. Doing screening and such, help eachother out, the discounts this week might cause you less business this week, but the quality and type of service you provide will make up for it the following week

sorry to vent, but I cannot see this non-sense go on and say nothing about it.

so you might ask why the sorority girls don't' say anything about it? why should they? If I were then I wouldn't get myself involved in any of these non-sense discussions either. They are on top of their game and doing what they do. MORE POWER TO THEM. Boy I wish I was young again

the appt that i get the hotel for is usually at my normal rate (thus, after hotel costs im getting a discounted rate anyway), then i try to advertise/inform clients where i will be for a discounted rate.

NYC does to but there are also 9 million people there.

Factor in several major agencies with low rates and tons of new girls coming in off the boat every few weeks, hundreds of indies visiting every month...of course the locals have to play ball.

Anyone who says that $200 an hour isn't a volume racket is lying their ass off.  Been there, done that and yes, having the phone ring less is preferred to having 5-10 clients a day again and feeling like a used up old towel.

I don't hate the hustle, I just know the flipside to the hustle and it isn't appealing.  If its arrogant to be financially stable and not have to have a fire sale to keep up with my peers, call me arrogant.

Guys affected by the economy have long since pulled out of the game.  The rest of you screaming about it just prioritize yourselves over providers and that's fine, we prioritize ourselves over you.  Many providers just aren't playing rate roulette anymore because all it gets us is into the poor house or breaking even.

Couldn't have said it better myself..  Now can we focus on something a little more fun.  Actually it's a lot more fun

I needed lots of guys calling so I could get some money whenevr the chance came up.
It is quite risky to work for less than 200 in the past becaue it attracted undesirable men.
you would think a special ios going to give you a boost and yoiu get disgusting charcters and it backfires.
But now good or desirable clients may have less money on hand and so lowering the rate can still attract them.
Also I lowered my rate when i moved to blatimore once and it was unbelievebly popular.
I had the best "dancing" partners and had many swoons.
The point was that my monthly expenses had also gone down by thousands of dollars so I didn't need the higher rate and I didn't have the stress of being a high priced girl.
I could sort of relax a little at the lower rate and it was more enjoyable.
 YOU ARE WAY out of line with your rant about rates.

6. The SOBE girls tend to get sick, have multiple car accidents and other BS excuses.

9. If you don't tell your girls the entire set of lies, how do you expect them from not saying something that contradicts the lie?

For the remaining hobbiest out there who is still blided by the fake pics, fake board posts and fake banter just ask yourself:

that most of the folks that complain are the ones who cannot get an appointment to see the gals for whatever reason.  Then they start with the low cost / high volume stuff.  it is a worn out tired theme that seems to get repeated every week.

If that many guys are lining up that there are that many that can't get in then it would seem teh demand is there and whatever the gals are doing is working, at least for them.  I know their marketing approach worked adn they got a lot of my business, not all of it, but a lot and I will repeat when I can because despite the claims of high volume in every session I have had with these gals they have really delivered and exceeded my expectations.  In short, they rocked my world.  

Not unlike when I buy a car, I look for the highest performance for the lowest cost and if I can drive a hot sports car for economy car prices I am there.

ATL and Philly are known for problematic guys

We all know who you are, we know your fascination with certain type of winter sports (well documented in girls only databases), we all know you need anger management classes. This business is all about fantasy. Whether or not a girl is actually in college or bi is besides the point if the thought turns you on and you believe it. You pay your money, you have a good time, that is all that matters.  There is no scam and they have plenty of high ratings as to looks and performance to prove it.  As for not seeing people, it is the right of providers to see who they want to see for whatever reason in light of the personal nature of the business.  I like the promotions and appreciate the discounts as every penny counts especially in this economy.  Happy thanksgiving!

the market is fine from where i am sitting and I have enough business to keep myself happy.
They are not the only ones who are college educated...and if they are still in  college, they don't exactly have a degree yet.
education has little to do with this subject. Its about finding your market.
Like I said, from  where I sit the market is fine.

I have chosen not to raise my rates due to the economy and feel that was a wise decision.
You are belly aching over what you have no clue about. Just because you hobby that doesn't mean you know this business inside and out.
Leave the decisions about the business end to this Ladies...they know whats best for them in the long run.
If the Lady's rate is out of your price range, see someone else who's rates fit your budget. Stop all the whining...it's just not very manly.
