This question is for the locals. If someone was looking into possibly relocating to NOVA but needed a realtor that happened to be provider friendly and knew the nature of my business how would I go about finding that person? I would love to keep things discreet as well so trust is a major part of this. I hear this happens all the time I guess I'm just nervous to reach out.  

 I feel like anyone that is " provider friendly" seems to just get the job done as long as you have the payment. Honestly some of the best people I have met are in the industry but for this task I understand it could be a little hard. In the end I would be finished with school working in my field so I can always just go to a regular broker but I prefer keeping it hobby related and not have to wait on that since income isn't a problem.  

Any thoughts?
