Prophylaxis for hypothermia

I remember from my Boy Scouts training that in cases of hypothermia the best recourse is to strip naked and press bodies together in a sleeping bag.  Now I know that it is not yet that cold out but perhaps we should not take any chances and take some preventive measures together?

I can't 'bare' the thought of you shivering in the cold!
