Northern Virginia does well. Now of course that's due to the proximity to DC. But if you live in Nova then you will have plenty to choose from.  
   
 Also there is a fairly decent amount of ladies that visit the seven cities (VA beach areas).
Agree with drewsky not too bad in nova and va beach but nothing like nyc and nc though.  I have some luck in Richmond and roanoke.

A very  unique city to visit is Danville. They have girls like no other city.

Once you start going to NC or NY you might get a few good ones.  I only hobby in Virginia because I live here but its slim picking.  

Often times there are ladies touring and we migbt get lucky there.

Any ladies (Young spinners for me) want to set up in Charlottesville or Richmond I be glad to help.
