Is it normal that due to COVID, most providers are refusing DFK. A provider just responded me by email saying that she is not doing any DFK, BBBJ or DATY due to COVID.

I've had a couple experiences with that (specifically any kissing), and I haven't pushed it. Personally I'm ok with it all since you're going to be in close proximity anyway, not doing one or the other isn't really going to matter.
