I find it difficult to maintain my eating habits while on tour...are there any Farmers Market or Veggie Restaurants Downtown  
Boston?  I need to plan ahead for my upcoming visit ..A girl can't live on salad alone

There are several vegetarian restaurants in and around Boston, I haven't eaten at any of them but you would probably get better responses on the Boston board.

I'm vegetarian and Boston is always one of the cities that treats me RIGHT, so don't worry.  

If you're taking the train into or out of town, there is a great juice spot with vegetarian sandwiches immediately outside of Back Bay Station.  That place has seriously saved my life on occasion, though it's tiny and a bit difficult to get in & out of when there's a rush, especially with luggage.

There's a regular farmer's market in Copley Square.  I forget which days of the week, but nothing was ever cuter than strolling out into Copley Square in search of my morning cup of Earl Grey only to be surprised with an entire farmer's market waiting for me.  My clients and I all enjoyed fresh local fruits together that day and it was awesome!  

My favorite vegetarian spot in the downtown area is actually a vegan Thai restaurant.  I particularly loved their coconut flesh curry simmered in coconut milk, but I'm not sure if it's always on the menu or if it's just a special that they offer sometimes.  If you're a coconut fanatic like I am, it's worth asking them about it.

I've found most places in Boston have vegetarian options unlike a lot of other cities in the USA.  So you shouldn't have a difficult time finding something yummy to treat yourself with between all your hard work.

Thanks.. this Vegan spot works for me.  I will see how far from the Theatre District it is.  
Will also go on the boards to see if anyone else know about a few more. I will be staying for a week
and a girls gotta eat!

It's totally within easy walking distance of the Theatre District.  Very closeby.  Hope you love it.
