I'm thinking of taking a trip to St Thoas for my birthday in July. I would be going by myself so some ideas of where to stay and also some hobbling advice would be much appreciated

Well I wouldn't dedicate my entire trip to work. Just may be a fun thing to do one or two appointments if I'll be there for five days. Plus it's nice to make a little extra money while on vacation instead of spending it all lol

stayed there many times because they have a great golf course on the property, but it's only ten minutes from downtown Charlotte Amalie.  If you play golf take some extra balls for the Devil's triangle.  Summer is hot and a little humid.  Best time to go is April, but you can't change your birthday, so have fun.

Be cautious when in the city.  St. Thomas has a reputation for pick pockets and purse snatchers in the tourist areas.  Have been "bumped" a few times myself but lucky enough to catch the guy going for my pocket.  Almost arrested once for punching out a thief.

Well golfing sounds like fun. I'm not great at it but I do look great in a tennis skirt while golfing lol. And very much appreciate the advice on my safety
